OUR TEAM MISSION STATEMENT:
Our group is a French- German connection built in the purpose of studying and analysing different ways of working in groups. We provide information and entertainment to inspire students, future managers and team workers to adapt new methods in order to increase efficiency. We aspire to make a valuable contribution to enterprises reaching for better results as well as we seek to provide working conditions that are interesting and motivating for our members. Our team is characterised by German originality, French creativity and a great amount of team spirit, which is a good balance to our indefatigable seek for perfection.
OUR VALUES:
- I. A mixed group, including different cultures and genders, allows different points of view and enriches the group’s performance.
- II. Everybody tries to contribute to the group’s success by proposing creative ideas.
- III. The respect and tolerance of every member of the group is essential.
- IV. Everybody will have the same amount of work but it goes without saying that we support each other.
- V. Every member is willing to make concessions for the common interest.
Team members will be open for criticism- it will help to improve the quality of work.
